We need your help
As we land in a new country, we are in need of finding a house.
Rental house for the first year and we will slowly find a place to settle and call it an ultimate "Home".
Our Story
We are looking for a rental house price range between 1,500 ~ 1,800 EURO with minimum 2 rooms and parking space.
No furniture is needed as we bring our own, also most importantly a place where SOM and JJIN - our two cats - can stay with us.
Of course, utility and parking can be paid separately. We plan to stay for 1 year until we find a right home for us to purchase.
As a home owner in Korea, we 100% understand how valuable to maintain and keep the place clean / well organized.
We promise to respect your regulations and concerns for renting the house to us and make sure to fully commit on your rules.
TAEHOON can do small mechanics and GAEUL can do cleaning and trimming (she even has a forklift driving license).
So, no need to worry about keeping your place preserve and safe whilst our residence.
Lastly, our income in the NL is currently relying on GAEUL since TAEHOON will only join in the Netherlands by 2025'Q2.
But both are working for well known semiconductor companies, GAEUL in the Dutch company and TAEHOON in the American company. Our savings are well enough to purchase a house in the Netherlands, therefore, we can discuss further on the rental deposit without any issue.
Dream House
The house we are dreaming to purchase has below features.
